Sr Sales Representative renewable energy – Wind

In this position you will lead all aspects of engagements targeting end-users within the wind energy sector for the Honeywell PPE business within the Northern Europe Team (UKI, Nordics & Benelux) through Major Channel Partners. You will build relationships and understand customer requirements to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define a sales and growth strategy toward key sub segments while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility utilizing your product knowledge to deliver the Honeywell value proposition to the customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Customer face to face promotion of Honeywell Product Portfolio

· Advise customers of most suitable product needs for their application.

· Identify opportunities for further sales and service revenues.

· Provide quotations to customers.

· Daily use of CRM as the tool to organise calendar, generate and maintain pipeline.

· Provide market intelligence and feedback to Zone Manager on sales progress and on projected revenues.

· Carry out product demonstrations at customer locations.

· Integrate with the Northern ASM’s, SAS’s & DM’s.

You Must Have

· Minimum 4-5 years of B2B Sales experience, industry experience of technical sales.

· Experience of working from home in a technical role.

· Previous experience of working with products relating to safety.

· Highly experienced in consultative selling-like methodologies / approaches.

· Awareness of the wind power / renewable industry.

· Knowledge of selling through distributors and end-users.

· Fluent English language skills.

· Experience of high value negotiation.

· Understanding of health and safety legislation concerning PPE.

· Knowledge of selling through distributors and end-users.

· Experience in planning and managing accounts.

· In-depth knowledge of his / her industry and competition.

 Additional Requirements (travel, etc.)

· Frequent domestic and occasional international travel.
