________________________________________ The product manager will directly be sponsor for developing next features and support to evolve our payments experience by working backward to the customers, analyzing the main KPI´s and proposing new solutions to improve our customer journey for our credit card program. Key job responsibilities - Implement new features and continuously enhance the paying customer experience for our co-branded credit card in Brazil;
- Engaged with partner to discuss products focused on developing new product features;
- Follow the product KPIs to work on opportunities to improve activation, reduce churn and drive acquisition. Key job responsibilities
- Product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience;
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition;
- Experience with end to end product delivery;
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product;
- Experience as a product manager or owner;
- Experience owning technology products;
- Advanced English. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights;
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders;
- Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodology (e.g., NPS). We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Sao Paulo, SP, BRA | São Paulo, SP, BRA
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
