What the Candidate Will Do
- Lead complex projects with our cross-functional teams;
- Challenge the status quo to drive innovation needed to offer a flawless delivery experience;
- Run local improvements to ensure market's growth and reliability;
- Collect local insights and develop initiatives and experiments as a result;
- React quickly to crises;
- Supervise metrics to ensure business performance and support our decision making process with an analytical approach;
- Advise leadership on tough tradeoffs and propose solutions that may involve several teams with a strong impact;
- Partner with Brazil & LATAM teams on high-impact and critical initiatives.
- Good eye for business and problem solving skills, with ability to translate quantitative findings into action plan;
- Analytical skills (Data driven mentality);
- Advanced professional proficiency in Portuguese and in English (written and verbal);
- Experience in stakeholder management working closely and presenting effectively with a diverse set of team members in a constantly evolving, rapid growth environment with tight deadlines;
- Be passionate about being constantly challenged and going above and beyond;
- Dedicated and motivated to build/drive new initiatives proactively;
- SQL or similar programming languages proficiency;
- Experience working cross-functionally with several teams;
- Knowledge of project management tools.
