ZTE do Brasil is looking for a professional for the position of [Wireless] Quality Manager in ZTE Argentina Office.
Responsibilities:1. Write reviews and edit content, in addition to managing a team of technical writers. The Document manager is generally responsible for understanding the audience and creating content to meet specific needs, such as demonstrations, training to get users started, and expert reference materials.2. Work closely with project managers, Rollout managers, O&M managers, and other team members to prepare design specifications tailored for end users.3. Plan and execute document usability studies.4. Review the work of subordinate writers and editors.5. Oversee the design and development of illustrations, charts, diagrams, and other supplementary content such as multimedia (video and audio) components.6. Perform other activities, according to professional competencies, on direct manager request.
Qualification & Requirements:1. A bachelor's degree and a minimum of two (2) years leading document projects.2. 2 or more years of experience in Document and technical writing is required.3. Good time-management and organizational skills.4. The ability to pay attention to details is crucial to success.5. Good communication skills.6. Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.7. Resourceful to solve the client’s problem.
