Creditares is an agfintech company focused on transforming the agri credit journey in Brazil through its proprietary technology, the Agro Open Bank platform. We deliver the "one-stop-shop" software for the whole market, from data acquisition, credit engine and workflow, underwriting and crop monitoring, leveraging companies such as input retailers, tradings, agroindustry, banks and funds to get a better risk assessment, digitally and assertive to fund their clients (farmers). We are looking for a candidate to deliver great results in sales and Business Development to grow our customer basis which is already anchored by some of the biggest input retailers and banks in Brazil. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Responsibilities Identify partnership opportunities Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand Maintain existing business Think critically when planning to assure project success Signing new customers Benchmarking pricing and competitors Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5 years' prior industry related Business Development experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Focused and goal-oriented English fluency is required. Experiencie in B2B sales in agribusiness sector is MANDATORY.
