To join our team as a Channel Account Manager supporting a new contract. This position will involve extensive communication with both external and internal colleagues to maximize energy efficiency savings and incentives for large customers across the nation. This is a Customer and partner facing role that deals with a large amount of complexity across technical and non-technical subjects.

For this opportunity you’re a great fit if you can:
Work with national customers on energy efficiency incentive projects across the United States of America
Develop relationships with external stakeholders that ensure customers maximize incentives in utility energy efficiency programs.
Work with internal program teams to maximize participation in CLEAResult programs.
Manage, track, and report on internal and external activity for forecasting and reporting purposes.
Complete complex applications to ensure incentives are maximized.
Explain technical concepts to less technical audiences.
Staff Meetings and other program support
Give directions to program support (Channel Account representatives) regarding strategy changes, updates to program goals, etc.
Collaborate with Operations Manager as necessary regarding program objectives and changes to objectives.
Work with projects and programs that have high complexity and risk.
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have:
Moderate level competency of Salesforce system(s) architecture and ability to create reports to track program performance and ensure accuracy of data to invoice/pay clients
Projects and programs have high complexity and risk.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in research and account management
Proven track record of success in developing and managing channel partner relationships.
Proficient in analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Compensation Range
$62,700.00 - $94,100.00Currency
