Job Description

This exciting role serves as the company leader ensuring the success of a family of products, which fall within your market and operational approach for delivering energy change to customers.

This leader will define differentiated, innovative offerings that win new business and promote operational excellence for existing business, drive high levels of client and customer satisfaction, while also delivering operational efficiencies. A highly collaborative role that partners with other Regional Leaders to leverage best practices and to produce an overall, comprehensive portfolio offering. The leadership of a small team focused on specific market approaches is also part of this opportunity.

Preferred Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in both client relationship management and team management.
  • Hands-on Product Leadership experience including demonstrated ability to lead within a matrix structure and manage teams comprised of both direct and matrixed resources.
  • Experience managing teams of residential field staff and the processes of converting residential customers.
  • Established compelling perspective on the data needed to assess a residential building, the software, rating systems and modeling tools.
  • Experience leading sales of home services to residential customers including quality control and training for teams of staff that interact directly with residential customers.
  • Data-driven leadership experience including strong energy efficiency technology and information technology credentials.
  • Significant experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and/or Utility technologies concepts, practices, and procedures (anticipate 10+ years.)
  • Strong financial and marketing analysis experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required, MS or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management and Market Analysis

  • Support portfolio management and market analysis by documenting and escalating insights, tracking patterns and identifying opportunities.
  • Differentiate CLEAResult with clients through excellence in delivery, innovation and approach leadership.
  • Formulate and review corporate short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for specific products.
  • Perform economic analyses on new or improved product opportunities.
  • Develop business models and determine market trends to substantiate long-term prospects.
  • Remain informed about developments in the government, economic, scientific, political, industrial, and international fields as they apply to the future.
  • Gather data on competitors and analyze their strategies, prices, sales, and method of operation.
  • Organize information to assist in analyzing future products and make recommendations for the development of new products or services.
  • Analyze and translate consumer and market insight into actionable strategies and tactics.

Product Development, Strategy and Management

  • Own partnerships and product design decisions for Products.
  • Define, develop and maintain the innovation, approach strategy, road maps, growth, partnerships, and definition of product features, functionality, and delivery model for owned products.
  • Develop objectives and strategic plans with regards to new product and/or feature development.
  • Responsible for product definition, including its features, competitive advantages and resulting benefits for clients/customers.
  • Work with other solutions and service delivery teams to establish product specifications, to ensure their successful development and delivery. Identify business relationships with 3rd parties/partners to develop and incorporate critical product capabilities as required.
  • Enable sale and delivery of pilots and other early stage services to initial customers and/or training of offerings to Business Development and CPG teams.
  • Implement strategic and operational plans related to new and existing products.
  • Plan and coordinate business reviews, resource allocations and financial analysis for owned Products.
  • For existing products, define key enhancements or extensions to improve competitiveness and/or profitability.
  • Direct development of proposed specifications, pricing considerations and key delivery terms.

Solutioning

  • Support solutioning with a defined Product specification and documentation including a menu of available standard Product options and the implication of selecting each option.
  • Actively engage with Solutioning team to support solutions, plan workload and manage the RFP pipeline.

Delivery Effectiveness

  • Define and Monitor KPIs.
  • Recommend remedies for delivery teams in need of recovery and track performance against recovery goals.
  • Create and deliver training that results in improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and disseminate information on a continuous basis to all pertinent parties concerning the fulfillment of product goals and objectives.

$188,100.00 - $282,200.00
