The main challenge of the position is to promote the best people management practices, so that superior results could be delivered with an excellent organizational climate, thus contributing to a better society. The professional must have a sense of urgency, great interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication, an analytical, critical, and innovative profile, coupled with a strategic vision.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team, being a business partner;
- Lead and monitor the strategic planning process, considering interfaces between countries and businesses;
- Define policies and guidelines that support the people management strategy in the Region, focusing on short, medium, and long-term results, always aligned with the global practices;
- Lead all HR subsystems, ensuring efficiency and simplicity for all processes and topics;
- Promote a plural and effective diversity and inclusion agenda;
- Support the development of leadership and teams through innovative programs and tools;
- Manage the area performance indicators, ensuring robust action plans for critical business success indicators;
- Responsible for the annual budget process, based on the market guidelines, ensuring budgetary control of monthly expenses, through management reports;
- Responsible for the relationship with organizations that control and regulate labor relations, including unions, standardizing management guidelines, keeping them in order according to the current legislation;
- Responsible for the labor management, aligning internal processes to federal programs and current legislation;
- Responsible for developing and implementing social projects to develop the Region;
- Support and promote the culture and engagement actions, aiming at the constant evolution of the organizational environment;
- Promote an integrative agenda that considers the needs of Brazil and Paraguay.
Qualifications
- Higher education, Business Administration and/or Human Resources and/or related areas education is desirable;
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources;
- Fluency in English is a must (the interview will be held in English), spoken Spanish is desirable;
- Knowledge of the payroll and benefits administration;
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies;
- Talent training and development experience is necessary;
- Experience of managing the HR department and ensuring the labor compliance;
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills;
- Attention to detail and good judgement.
