1) Flexifleet: Marketplace of freelancers to pick-pack-ship ecommerce orders

2) Ecommerce Fulfillment software

3) Client Engagement Suite software

Who you are

You are a dynamic and collaborative leader, people-oriented, providing innovative and personalized approaches to the diverse needs of the organization through human resource management and development. You will drive the execution of the vision and position the company for rapid expansion.

What you will do

  • Legal compliance and HR policies: ensure that the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations while consistently and fairly applying HR policies.
  • Change management: facilitate smooth organizational transitions and minimize resistance through effective communication, employee engagement, and support during change processes.
  • HR problem solving: assist in resolving complex issues related to employees, workplace conflicts, performance, disciplinary matters, and other people-related areas, providing valuable HR insights.
  • Data analysis and metrics: utilize data and analytics to identify workforce trends, issues, and opportunities, developing data-driven solutions to address challenges.
  • HR consulting: offer guidance and consultancy on various HR matters including recruitment, talent development, succession planning, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
  • Recruitment and selection: design, implement, and oversee the hiring process to attract top talent.
  • Compensation: develop personnel budgets, manage payroll and benefits inputs and validation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Strategic partnership: act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals.
  • Communication: lead effective employee communications to foster engagement and alignment.
  • Performance management: support goal setting, monitoring, and action planning to drive performance excellence.
  • Training and development: design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Culture and engagement: cultivate and sustain a positive organizational culture, analyzing and intervening as needed to foster engagement and morale.
  • Succession planning: identify and develop talent internally, ensuring a robust pipeline for key roles.
  • Database maintenance: maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel databases to support HR operations.

The skills and experience you will bring

  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources in generalist roles.
  • Knowledge of Labor Legislation.
  • Experience in frequently changing environments.
  • Ability to work in a complex and evolving business environment.
  • Strong time management and project management skills; must be able to effectively manage and balance high-priority and urgent requests, balancing strategic activities with routine tasks.
  • Ability to delve into issues and create comprehensive plans and strategies.
  • Ability to make an impact and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or English.
