Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT Analyst who will be responsible for managing and executing projects related to Microsoft 365 Productivity Apps, such as Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise (including Office for the Web and Mobile), Office Cloud Policy Services (OCPS), Servicing Profiles, Visio Online, Project for the Web, Bookings, Whiteboard, To Do, Planner, and other related Microsoft 365 services for our 100,000 active users. The individual will also ensure security and compliance across the Microsoft 365 platform. The person will also have the opportunity to work on exciting new technology like AI with Microsoft 365 Copilot.
By incorporating new technologies, the individual will add extensive value to the business and improve employee experience and productivity. As subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 Productivity Apps this individual will act as an advisor to the support team on complex issues. The analyst will also work closely with the Microsoft product development group and has the opportunity to influence the vendor roadmap through our feedback and change requests. The individual will also improve and ensure security and compliance across the Microsoft 365 platform and measure metrics and performance to maintain quality of service and high customer experience (CX).
What You Will Do:
Plan, design, and implement Microsoft 365 Productivity solutions for different business needs and scenarios.
Manage Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise on operating systems through Office Cloud Policy Service (OCPS), Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Group Policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues and incidents, and act as a consultant to the support team on complex issues.
Provide guidance and support to end users and stakeholders on best practices and functionality.
Work with business partners to integrate third-party applications and add-ins.
Analyze and report on crashes and third-party add-ins that impact performance.
Ensure the security and compliance of Microsoft 365 Productivity Apps.
Evaluate and test new Microsoft 365 features and product updates.
Provide feedback and suggestions to Microsoft's product development group for enhancements and improvements.
Escalate and regularly engage with the vendor team.
Identify and analyze customer business needs.
Work on innovative technologies and projects such as Microsoft 365 Copilot.
What You Will Have:
Thorough knowledge of existing and emerging Microsoft 365 and related enterprise class collaboration platforms.
Experience deploying and operating Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise (including Office for the Web and Mobile), Bookings, Whiteboard, Visio Online, Project for the Web, MSIP/AIP
Experience with Office Cloud Policy Service (OCPS) Intune, Endpoint Manager (SCCM) and AD Group Policies.
Basic experience with various operating systems such as Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS is a plus.
Knowledge of web technologies including Graph API and familiarity with scripting in PowerShell.
Basic knowledge with Entra ID including groups, guest access, application permissions, federation, privileged roles and license management.
Recommends enhancements for enterprise collaboration services.
Identifies and documents specific problems and resolution alternatives.
Explores and evaluates application design considerations for multiple technologies.
Assists with current and planned integration initiatives.
Tests system components for compliance with functional requirements.
Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, and intellectual curiosity.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where technology is evolving at a rapid pace.
Passion for technology and an eagerness to contribute as a collaborative team member.
