The Position:
Member of Brazilian Marketing department responsible by distributor channel strategies
Main activities and Responsibilities:
- Contribution to the Trade Marketing strategy, offering insights and presenting ideas for promotional actions
- Development of trade marketing promotional calendar focused on sell out
- Measurement of actions results together with Sales Team
- Relationship building with key distributors, identifying new opportunities, understanding their needs
- and proposing comarketing actions
- CRM Management Dealing with bases and analysis of engagement indicators
- Manage distribution channel investments
- Monitoring competitor activities, pricing strategy and current promotion
- Planning and execution of events for key distributors and installers
- Provide sell in materials for sales team (branding, advertising, training, and tutorials)
Function Specific Knowledge:
- Relevant industry experience
- Analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Events organization
- Advanced English
- CRM system knowledge is a plus (RD Station or Similar)
Education and Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Business Administration, Engineering, Publicity and Propaganda, Marketing or related areas.
