Responsibilities:
Marketing Deployment & Strategy:
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns tailored for the Brazilian market.
- Provide support for the PR plan in Brazil, collaborating closely with the local PR agency to ensure effective communication.
- Assist in managing the communication calendar for Portuguese content across owned channels.
Event Management & Production:
- Coordinate the production of both face-to-face and online events in Brazil, aligning them with team briefs and maintaining consistency with company values and identity.
- Generate creative ideas and venue options for events, ensuring alignment with the established budget and company objectives.
- Handle quotations and oversee the execution of services from suppliers.
- Measure event attendance and Net Promoter Score (NPS) to assess success and gather feedback.
- Collaborate closely with sales and partnerships teams to facilitate seamless communication across departments.
Competencies Required:
- Up to 1 year of experience in the Communications/Marketing field.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and its functionalities is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Spanish is considered a valuable asset.
- Demonstrate a proactive and responsible approach to tasks and challenges.
