We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst that will get to support M&M'S growth plan in Brazil: one of Top 5 Gen Z's Favorite Brands globally that believes in the power of fun by creating moments of connection, generating unique experiences and helping people belong and relate to each other through humor.
The Senior Marketing Analyst will have 2 key responsibilities: P utting the magic of the brand to work by s upporting the development and execution of M&M'S marketing strategy, leading communication plans that build equity and leverage product launches, identifying key growth drivers and tracking/analyzing business KPIs. This associate will also be accountable for supporting the Licensing strategy to help expanding our brands to different categories, increasing awareness and reinforcing their positioning.
What are we looking for?
- Professional Background: Previous experience in Local Marketing (Previous experience in FMCG companies and/or with Licensing projects are a plus).
- Technical Skills: Experience with market data and analytics (Nielsen, Scanntech, Kantar). Advanced level of Excel and Powerpoint.
- Soft Skills: Adaptability, open mind, proactivity, organizational savvy, action driven, curiosity and creativity.
- Languages: Advanced level of English
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Provide a category business diagnostic and follow up analysis considering brand performance, market indicators, competition and consumer analysis, to support the marketing strategy;
- Support communication strategy development by partnering with internal stakeholders and agencies and coordinate activations and social media deployment to guarantee the best 360 execution plan according to brand guidelines and approved budget;
- Partner with Trade Marketing, Pricing and Sales teams to ensure that consumer needs and brands' strategy are incorporated into short and mid-term initiatives (pricing strategy, POS activation, Digital Commerce plans, etc);
- Be responsible for Licensing and Cobranding strategy aiming to expand our brands to different categories and reinforce its' positioning by coordinating internal and external interests/timelines/requirements;
- Active maintenance and prospection of Licensing partners guaranteeing mutual and beneficial relationships, leading communication and maintaining a healthy relationship with Licensing partners.
