The Work: Measurement & ReportManager
As a Reporting Manager, you will be a key member of our Sales team working on behalf of one of our most exciting clients within the Internet industry. You will be using your data analysis skills to help to provide client and Accenture leadership with meaningful insights into the business. You will be providing support for the key reports necessary to assess the performance of our team. You will also collaborate with our customer success agents to help them identify areas of their customer base where they should focus their time and effort.
Additionally, the successful candidate should Ensure ad hoc/standard operational reports are delivered accurately/on time. Analyze designated performance measures/reports including financial, satisfaction and operational metrics. Perform root cause analysis (for example customer satisfaction surveys) where required. Work with other functional teams to access/ understand data to be analyzed and identify process improvement opportunities. Coordinate across multiple operations/teams to add reporting insight and support reporting needs if needed.
You will be responsible for:
Support the Sales Manager in day to day activities analyses
Creating reports and presentations from scratch using Excel, Tableau and PowerPoint
Analysing reports to generate business insights and make recommendations
Suggesting ongoing process improvements around the team’s productivity.
Presenting Weekly and Quarterly Business Review to the client
