Your mission
In this role, you will be responsible for the end user support in the transformation from the current way of working to the 1Way principles on the operational level in are of Finance. This role focuses on the 1Way implementation as a member of the Finance operations team, working closely with Sales and Production units, both within Dormer Pramet and in multiline units. This role will mainly work with finance.
Main Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for this role are connected with SAP4 HANA implementation in American markets where Dormer Pramet is present. SAP4 HANA roll-out on the Dormer Pramet level has project name OneWay because it underlines the fact Dormer Pramet will have one ERP on the company level as well as the fact this should ensure the same ways of working globally.
Key SAP User therefore will:
Provides process and system (SAP4 HANA) hands-on support,. i.e., supports users in daily operations. E.g., will be point of reference if local user has issue with posting of an invoice.
Support users in month-end process issues connected to reporting in OneStream (Sandvik consolidation system).
Creates demo and training content in cooperation with the process expert and SAP specialists.
Supports local users and local trainers in training together with training&testing manager, the process expert and SAP specialists.
Integrates global and local processes.
Participates in Global Blueprint modification. Global Blueprint document includes description of ways of working and set ups in the SAP4 HANA roll out.
Participates in local process requirements.
Participates in Detailed GAP analyses. GAP analysis compares local requirement vs. agreed solutions described in the Global Blueprint. Often GAP analysis is connected to local legislative requirements connected to tax, VAT, bank payments etc.
Works closely with end users in hyper care period and post-go live support of SAP4 HANA implementation.
Is responsible for assigned tasks.
Transfers experience back to the line organization.
Is a member of the OneWay finance team and is the Finance key user.
Candidate Profile
Financial principles, processes and operation - Thorough knowledge about financial accounting, processes and principles to support user knowledge and ability to operate in company's platforms. Has power user knowledge of SAP in area of finance.
Ways of working - has a proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude. Can describe and navigate financial processes in the systems.
Is at ease working in a truly global, managing and bringing out the best from cultural, timezone and ways of working differences.
Supports and drives others through training, guiding, and making change happen.
Communication skills - Influencing others by well-structured training/testing material and other communication; adapting to the receiver, being a good listener.
Good written and spoken English (advanced level).
Experience from finance and controlling user perspective.
Experience from change management and projects is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or other Finance related areas
Some international business travelling is required.
