Key tasks include monitoring project metrics and KPIs to refine and optimize initiatives, setting up a dashboard to communicate TA development status, assessing and establishing external partnerships to accelerate progress, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project implementation, managing the publication process, and integrating evidence generation within healthcare ecosystems databases. This role also involves tactical coordination, documentation, and executional support to advance the strategy for TA development. This position is to work in São Paulo, SP.Your responsabilities includes:-Support the development and execution of the Therapy Area Development Strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
-Monitor and analyze the impact of initiatives through appropriate metrics and KPIs, enabling refinement and optimization of projects.
-Set up a dashboard for TA development to effectively communicate the current scenario and results.
-Facilitate external partnership assessment and establishment to accelerate progress in TA development.
-Ensure projects are implemented on time and within budget, maximizing organizational impact and creating maximum value.
-Follow up on the publication process, including preparing poster presentations, review articles, and submissions, while integrating evidence generation and insights within healthcare ecosystems database, working closely with internal and external partners.
Qualifications-You hold a Bachelor’s degree.
-This person is expected to have fluent oral and written English.
-We expect a candidate with experience in project management, preferably in cross-functional projects.-We’d like to see that you demonstrated proficiency in project impact analysis through metrics and KPIs, complemented by strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
-Nice to see Expertise in the publication process, including presentation preparation and submissions, alongside familiarity with evidence generation and insights within healthcare ecosystems, representing additional assets for the role.
