Descrição da posição | Responsabilidades

• Providing all technical support in areas such as production, operations, maintenance and process improvement. Using schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions or defined plans to perform testing and troubleshooting on related equipment, gathering, maintaining, formatting, compiling and manipulating technical data, using established formulas and procedures and performing detailed calculations;

• Develop and implement programs to establish and maintain quality standards for existing products and services, as well as develop programs to focus employees on quality improvement;

• Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements;

• Research best business practices inside and outside the organization to establish benchmark data;

• Determining how new information technologies can support the re-engineering of business processes;

• Responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the integrated management system;

• Develop and implement programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing products and services, as well as develop programs to focus employees on quality improvement. Develops policies, procedures, and methods to check product, material, components, and/or operational quality and improve same;

• Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop, and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced cost;

• Identify and manage operational risks;

• Cascading and implementing the Strategy and Business Plan for the unit;

• Guarantee the reliability and implement reliability actions;

• Carrying out and monitoring activities by operating procedures and work instructions established by the company, to ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System Policy and the Quality, Environment, Health and Safety Programs in force in the organization.

Perfil | Formação e conhecimentos

• Previously solid experience in leading teams, designing production strategies and improving processes, risk mapping and control, easier to prioritize actions, according sites needs, improve the maturity in the organization in terms of complexity;

• Advenced English, Spanish desired.
