What are we looking for?We are seeking a
Structured Finance Manager
based in
Sao Paulo, Brazil,
responsible for Lead the capital structuring initiatives for Atlas Brazilian new and existing projects, with development and commercial banks.
What challenges will you face?Developing Comprehensive Financing Strategies:
Negotiate and implement robust financing strategies for solar and wind projects,Replicate Success Stories:
Apply the lessons learned from previous financing to implement effective capital structures for Atlas pipeline projects.Forge Collaborative Partnerships:
Collaborate closely with financial institutions, such as BNDES, BNB, IDB and commercial banks, and other stakeholders to negotiate favorable financing terms, showcasing the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes.Optimize Existing Projects’ Financing Structure:
Continuously explore and assess optimizations on financing structures of existing projects, leveraging market opportunities
What specific knowledge do you need?At least 4 years of experience in the energy or infrastructure sector, working in banks or energy/infrastructure companies.Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related area.English fluent
