To our Global Sales Support Team we are looking for Technical Sales Support Specialist.

This position reports to

Sales Support Manager

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for processing pre-sales technical questions about PCP products
• Cooperation with other specialists from Sales Support team
• Cooperation with PCP product management
• Support other ABB units with product presentations and demos
• Standard demos development:
• Responsible for software/hardware demos development
• Creating use case scenarios for sales units, documentation updates
• Demo enhancements and updates/upgrades
• Cooperation with PCP Product Marketing and R&D

Your background

• System 800xA or any other ABB control system knowledge on advanced level
• English on a very good communication level
• Positive attitude towards sales units/product management, self-driven person
• Ability to cooperate within a team
• Willingness to learn new things and improve team competencies
