As a Technical Sales Support Specialist for Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Toyota, Japan, you will be responsible for ensuring the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, field service engineer and other internal and/or external teams.The local legal entity of this position is ABB K.K.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinating appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinating with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g. production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists) is in place.
• Informing customers about issue status based on the information from customer and our team and clarifying any questions. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
• Handling of claims with the customer.
• Providing the appropriate quotation to customer based on the customer request
• Proposing several field service activity to keep the stable production of customer
• Responding to customer as soon as we can.
• Considering various methods in which to improve the productivity for his own task and that of the entire FS team

Your background

• 5 years or more work experience in product service function preferred
• Basic PC skill and SAP system
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Native Japanese and business level of English
• Business level Japanese language
