Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and work with stakeholders/Account Management team/Onsite Finance Business Partners, SSC accounting team to understand business requirements and perform data analysis.
• Would be acting as the custodian for creation/maintenance/validation of cost center and its hierarchy which is the backbone of the organizational structure.
• Responsible for updating Job rate, Forex and security configuration for users in reporting tool.
• Validation of Financials in the Reporting(Adaptive),Business Intelligence(PowerBI) tools.
• Design data collection templates and collate data to prepare any ad-hoc management reporting requirements.
• Identify areas and spearhead chances to automate the existing processes.
• Ensure all process documentations are updated with relevant changes and prepare/control new documents when new processes are implemented.

Key experience & Skills

• Relevant  3-6 years of experience in FP&A function or Business Support role.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Qualified accountant or  Semi Qualified Accountant (CA/CWA/CIMA/ACCA),BTech (CS/IT) with MBA in Finance as an Elective/M.Com with 6+ years of  total experience.
• Excellent knowledge in MS Excel for Business Modelling  and MS PowerPoint to capture business reportings.
• Working knowledge in Workday and Adaptive Planning , PowerBI would be added advantage.
• Stakeholder management
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills to ensure completion of multiple activities within tight reporting deadlines.
