What You’ll Do
As a Business Partner Jr, you will support the HR team, providing support to employees, updating operational systems and activities related to the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HR employee queries and employee data change transactions, through a ticketing system.
Manage recruitment and post recruitment employee activities.
Meet SLA’s around Timeliness and Quality.
Has good communication skills to be able to respond to employees’ queries through tickets, chats.
Create SOP and detailed FAQ’s around AS-IS and To-BE process maps.
Follow compliance and quality guidelines to ensure correct information is provided for all queries.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage conflict and attention to detail.
Preferred experience :
Workday HRM experience (Workflow systems like ServiceNow, Zendesk etc. would be added advantage).
Experience and sound understanding of the Talent Acquisition HR processes.
Intermediate / advanced English and Spanish.
