What You’ll Do
As a Business Partner Jr, you will support the HR team, providing support to employees, updating operational systems and activities related to the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage HR employee queries and employee data change transactions, through a ticketing system.
· Manage recruitment and post recruitment employee activities.
· Meet SLA’s around Timeliness and Quality.
· Has good communication skills to be able to respond to employees’ queries through tickets, chats.
· Create SOP and detailed FAQ’s around AS-IS and To-BE process maps.
· Follow compliance and quality guidelines to ensure correct information is provided for all queries.
· Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage conflict and attention to detail.
Preferred experience:
· Workday HRM experience (Workflow systems like ServiceNow, Zendesk etc. would be added advantage).
· Experience and sound understanding of the Talent Acquisition HR processes.
· Intermediate/advanced English and Spanish.
