Join us as Data Analytics and Process Monitoring Lead for the Electrification Business Area in Jiangmen or Xiamen,China.You will be leading the digitalization and reporting of SCM KPIs, Data Analytics, and business processes to enable CN&IN SCM efficiency and productivity.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinating SCM budgeting preparation, developing and monitoring Hub Asia SCM performance reports on spend, cost reduction, payment term, supplier OTD, etc.
• Driving report digitalization and automation
• Gathering and interpreting relevant data (spend, saving, payment term, etc.) and providing analytical support e.g. saving analysis and trends
• Performing cost saving accuracy audit checking in Hub SCM to ensure cost saving report & process meet requirement
• Understanding global SCM/local business policies and Processes, to leads SCM process improvement
• Leading contract management, optimize and standardizing Hub current contracts format and Processes
• Providing system (e.g. SAP, Ariba… etc. ) support to SCM department
• Driving supply chain sustainability (e.g. SSBM, EcoVadis, Green Supply Chain)

Your background

• Bachelor degree with minimum 6 years working experience in SCM
• Must have analytical and well organizing skills
• Strong working knowledge of data analysis / Microsoft office/SAP
• Ariba/SCMIS/Power BI/EcoVadis experience will be plus
• Excellent communication, cooperation and influencing skills when working with different senior level roles internally and externally
• Continuous improvement mindset with a business-driven and fact base on approach towards suppliers with a focus on building long-term relationshipAbility to handle complexity and work under pressure
• Fluent English in both speaking and writing
