HR Generalist

We have an excellent opportunity for a HR Generalist, who will work as the business advisor. The role will be based at our Katowice office.
This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key requirements

1. Talent Acquisition:

·       Regularly review the hiring process and practice to be effective for the Business;

·       Cooperate with the TA team on understanding the Business plan and the right approach and process

·       Participates in hiring process, coach and train leaders on hiring methods and practices, etc.

·       Performance and Talent Management:

·       Drive the internal Performance and Talent management processes

·       Effectively resolve disciplinary issues according to the local regulations;

·       Proactively work with Top Talents and their managers

·       Act as coach, trainer and mentor for Leaders - while using Honeywell tools, processes, policies etc.

2. Organizational Development:

·       Advise on structure of particular Business

·       Be able to implement structural changes

·       Labour Employee Relations

·       Resolve employee relations issues effectively

·       Conduct internal investigations in conjunction with the appropriate resources.

3. Compensation & Benefits:

·       Cooperates with C&B, knows local market practice and Honeywell policy - advises to managers in C&B area (promotions, hiring, reward, recognition, etc.)

·       Set up the job levelling and appropriate salary structure

4. HR processes and policies:

·       Implement global, country and local processes and policies

·       Participate in country and local policies and processes creation.

·       Set up interface with country HR support (admin, LER, payroll, legal, etc.)

·       Be responsible for having all processes effectively set up.

5. Participation in Projects

·       Be able to lead HR projects at country and local level;

·       The Employee is obliged to ensure active participation in the company projects, company develop-ment, and identification of possible cost lowering measures, improve yield and labour productivity.

6. Interpersonal Relationships

·       The employee is responsible for supporting good interpersonal relations at work, uses his/her interpersonal skills to get sound cooperation among colleagues at all levels.

·       The employee is responsible for the provision of information to other employees needed for proper performance of their work, shares information and experience with other colleagues.

·       The employee is responsible for ensuring Honeywell company culture standards.

·       Set up effective cooperation with all stakeholders.

 

Key skills and qualifications

·       Bachelor´s degree

·       Polish Labor Code knowledge

·       Basic IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook,...)

·       English and Polish language

·       Analytical skills

·       Coaching, communications, project management, business partnering

·       Independent, mature, flexible and resilient personality
