HR Generalist

A day in the Life:
- Provide HR support and guidance to the regional HR model
- Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop strategies to attract, develop,
- and retain top talent
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture
- Support talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and career development
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and initiatives
- Support organizational change initiatives and facilitate effective communication
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matter
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR generalist role
- Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR certification
- Experience in supporting a regional model
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
- Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement and talent development initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
