The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. The temporary HR Manager will be responsible for all HR topics at RIMOWA Brazil. Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives. This role reports to the HR Director, RIMOWA Americas. Responsibilities Establish guidelines for the implementation and development of salary and benefits administration programs Ensure the payroll every month - paid on the 15th and 30th of each month Manage the recruitment and personnel selection process, aiming to ensure the quality of profiles hired by the company Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy current. Analyze trends in compensation and benefits Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Construct the training pipeline for the region Coordinate OSH activities, aiming to reduce and eliminate unsafe conditions or risks to the physical intelligence and health of employees Monitor labor processes, providing all necessary information for defense Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently Conduct performance and salary reviews and succession planning processes Plan and control budget management and area indicators Maintain controls and analytical reports on the evolution of staff and personnel costs Provide support and guidance to HR staff Qualifications We want to speak to professionals with a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with more than 10 years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment. 10+ years' experience in Human Resources Fluent in English Complete understanding of payroll Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills Excellent networking skills Deliver the highest standards of employee experience Attention to detail and good judgement
