Send your CV in English Job Purpose: ● To support the process of employee recruitment and interns.. ● To prepare and submit employee contracts. ● To support team leaders to follow leadership and management procedures. ● To coordinate all activities related to payroll ● To coordinate the company EHS (environment, health and safety) program, training, procedures, compliance programs, reports, audits and keeping the employees records. ● To coordinate all HR training ● To coordinate the integration of new employees. ● To prepare and support the implementation of specific programs like code of conduct, compliance, etc. ● To coordinate HR agenda for the whole year. ● To work close to employees getting feedback to support the leader's management. ● To make sure all the internal labor policies and procedures are in compliance with the Union and government laws. ● To implement the Human Resources policy in Europe which outlines the company's strategic direction and development objectives. ● To organize internal communication relating to changes in the company. ● To ensure maintenance and improvement of wellbeing within the company. Interactions: HR Director Business Unit Director and Deputy Business Unit Director. Regulatory Manager Team Leaders (and their teams). Scientific Team Leaders (and their Teams). Personal Skills Proven experience and strong technical skills in one or more areas of the expertise required Knowledge of HR processes, data bank, people recruitment, organizational skill, time management. English written (++), read, spoken Ability to carry out audits, studies and technical advice in their field of expertise Capacity for analysis and organization Curiosity Accuracy Autonomy Ability to work as a team Good interpersonal skills Level of education - Bachelor degree and HR training (minimum 7 years) Job Location - Staphyt located in SAO PAULO, SP Hybrid work system
