Descrição do trabalho

Introduction
At IBM, work is more than a job - it's a calling: To build. To design. To code. To consult. To think along with clients and sell. To make markets. To invent. To collaborate. Not just to do something better, but to attempt things you've never thought possible. Are you ready to lead in this new era of technology and solve some of the world's most challenging problems? If so, lets talk. Your Role and Responsibilities

As a successful Project Manager in the IBM SkillsBuild program team, you will work in a team of learning and CSR experts to oversee and coordinate the planning, development, and implementation of large-scale digital skills training interventions that will support learner engagement on IBM SkillsBuild and help reach our goal of skilling 30 million people by 2030. In this role, you will work closely with the IBM SkillsBuild program team, CSR managers, training vendors and non-profit partners to scope, manage, track and measure a portfolio of projects around the world.

Project Managers at IBM succeed by demonstrating a natural bias towards self-

motivation and initiative in addition to navigating data and people to find answers and presenting solutions. If you are passionate about success, with both your career and solving business challenges, this role is for you. To help achieve this win-win outcome, a 'day-in-the life' of this opportunity may include, but not be limited to…

• Project Management: Advising and leading geo-specific implementation managers to coordinate and create project management plans for multiple learning interventions of up to 3,000 learners per cohort. Ensuring stakeholders are aligned to support the interventions, including marketing, legal, licensing, local volunteers, and learners;

• Cross-Team Communication: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with all stakeholders on project status and resources;

• Reporting and Metrics Management: Report and strategize solutions for managing project metrics including demand planning, project health, financials-costs, and learner satisfaction;

• Building Credibility and Influences: Navigating across venues to resolve issues, developing and documenting risk mitigation strategies, providing project direction that quickly builds credibility and influences as a trusted advisor;

• Cultivating teamwork and problem-solving while working under delivery expectations and deadlines;

• Empathy and Service Skills: Demonstrating empathy and service orientation skills for the success of all stakeholders;

• Big Picture Thinking: Applying group strategic priorities to inform decision-making and continuous improvement across the team. Todas as nossas vagas são elegiveis para pessoas com deficiências ou reabilitadas do INSS MCCPRODMKT
