Experience: 5 to 8 years of technical experience working in Security Operation Centre for a big global organization.
Responsibilities
• Create Red Team Detection Incident Reports & Timeline
• Managing Third Party Incident Tickets End to End and regularly updating the same.
• QA of Incidents and ensuring Obsolete and Critical Infrastructure Tickets are on right track and being resolved timely with necessary communications and escalations.
• Benchmark, analyse, report and make recommendations for improvements on Incident Management
• Manage existing SOC Metrics and KPI reporting, innovate new metrics and collaborate with SOC leads
• Track and ensure no long pending tickets exist.
• Prepare weekly incident status report for Third Party, obsolete & Critical Infrastructure Tickets.
• Identification and Tracking of Significant Incidents from Overall Incident Pool.
• Present SOC reporting to SOC leads and Sr. Management
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by SOC Manager
