Otc Specialist

Purpose of the position

To be responsible for OTC end to end work for example AR, Collection, Credit control and Report

Main tasks and responsibilities

●    Collection monitoring, including AR status periodically reviewed with business team to align collection process, daily communication with salesperson and customers to push collection activities, trace collection progress closely to ensure attainment of collection target.
●    Initiate and implement effective methods to improve past due and provision which help to maintain healthy AR profile
●    Ensure collection activities comply with global policies, procedures, and processes
●    Fully understand the nature of business. To identify, manage, and resolve the issues raised by business team in a timely and efficient manner
●    Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within collection function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine
●    Billing & Issue E-Invoices
●    Credit Management including new customer approval,order control, annual credit limit review, AR aging follow
●    Cross-border RMB collection and declaration
●    Monthly recognition
●    KPI as global request
●    Ad hoc tasks as requested

What You Will Need to Succeed:

Education:

●Bachelor’s degree (A degree / certificate in accounting is preferred.)

Experience:

●Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, collections procedures

●Over 5 years’ experience working in credit & collection area, preferably in multinational companies.

Competencies:

●Proficiency in English in reading and emails is preferred. Good spoken English is a plus.

●MS-Office, ERP tool in SAP experience is a must. Good logic for data analysis.

●Flexible, diligent, able to maintain efficiency under pressure
