About the role
We are a lead gen digital marketing company servicing tree care companies in the USA.
We are growing fast (have doubled in the last 3 months in revenue and staff and will continue to grow) and are in need of a long term PPC specialist to help us execute our PPC tests and strategies for clients!
In this role, you will join our PPC team to do the following:
- Help improve ongoing Google Ads accounts by making them more cost-effective, increasing lead quality, and boosting conversion rates by adjusting bid strategies, refining target audiences, and optimizing ad placements.
- Enhance lead generation for clients by identifying and fix underperforming elements like ad groups, keywords, and ads by analyzing performance data.
- Create new ad creatives for split testing by writing ad copy that resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor account performance regularly to catch and address issues early on.
- Ensure optimization score reaches 100% by reviewing Google Ads' recommendations, implementing those aligned with our goals (dismissing irrelevant suggestions).
- Accurately set up conversion tracking in Google Ads to track the right goals based on our SOPs.
- Evaluate campaign performance and decide whether to rebuild or revamp existing campaigns.
