Job Description

The Project Manager will take responsibility for effectively delivering a range of tasks to high quality standard and assist on a wide range of projects of all sizes and dimensions.

Handles commissions of varying sizes, depending upon the complexity of the project. Can work as part of a larger team or as the key day-to-day contact point with the client

Help to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.

Establishing effective:

• project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project;
• project planning, including producing the detailed project execution plan;

Advise upon the procurement of resources;

Monitoring and control the project by:

• Applying performance management techniques;
• Managing the change control process;
• Advise upon project finances;

Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications;

Prepare formal project progress and other reports

Take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.

Experience with Industrial sector is a nice plus, check our sectors below:

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related areas with 4+ years of relevant experience in a project management environment.
• Project Managers should be proactive, self-starters with well-developed communication and analytical skills.
• PMI or other Project Management institution accreditation is a differential.
• Fluent English
• Advanced Spanish desirable
