About this opportunity
This position will be responsible for the development and implementation of the iTero marketing strategy in Latin America region. The role includes key aspects of product management/marketing such as life cycle management, messaging, pricing, cross-functional leadership to plan and execute new product launches, product placement, iTero training & services as well as commercial implementation of key strategies.
In this role, you will...
- Lead commercialization of new products and innovations pipeline as well as promotions deployment.
- Develop and execute product road map initiatives (in conjunction with local and global team) for iTero’s product hardware/software updates.
- Lead the new product commercial launch process for iTero LATAM, including product positioning, value proposition development, pricing, key claims, and customer segmentation
- Development of scalable pilot initiatives and limited market releases
- Fully integrate iTero strategy with the foundations of sales channels.
- Track overall business results including identification and monitoring of key metrics and other data sources that gauge the health and growth of the business, and future business trends
- Analyze the incremental impact of marketing programs through ROI analyses
- Provide fundamental marketing analyses and current/gap assessment analyses
- Lifecycle management: monitor in-market feature performance; identify post-launch improvements; End of Life/Service strategies
- Pricing; including maintenance of data in all systems
- Services & Training: leadership of iTero Training & Services teams, being responsible for the full product life cycle with doctors.
In this role, you'll need...
- + 10 years of experience in marketing and related areas like commercial experience
- Exceptional project management skills; acting and maintaining ownership
- Ability to lead strategy development, testing and execution
- Ability to strategically determine the most valuable needs of the customer
- Strong ability to seamlessly work cross-functionally to achieve and deliver results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills for business analysis; understands cost/benefit relationships
- Experience with international global enterprises desired
- Hands-on self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
- Directly related experience in the development of innovative channel initiatives, launch programs, and project management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
