Role Overview: Netsurit is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive lead generation across our key industry verticals: Healthcare, Financial Services, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be a perfect blend of a strategist and an executor, with a proven track record of developing and implementing industry-focused marketing strategies and a deep understanding of the Microsoft technology stack, including Microsoft Office 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint. This role is for a leader who embodies an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to roll up their sleeves and drive tangible results through innovation and differentiation. Key Responsibilities: • ⁠Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on lead generation and building brand awareness in the healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing industries. • ⁠Leverage deep knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack to partner effectively with Microsoft, enhancing Netsurit's market position and offerings. • ⁠Cultivate a culture of innovation within the marketing team, encouraging creative approaches to market challenges and opportunities for differentiation. • Collaborate with key stakeholders including our CEO, regional MDs/Presidents, EVPs of Sales, and regional EVPs to align marketing strategies and objectives. • Drive Global, National, and Regional multi-channel SMB marketing campaigns targeting prospective clients ranging in size from 50 to 2,500 users.  • ⁠Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering an environment of collaboration, growth, and high performance. • ⁠Drive marketing efforts with an entrepreneurial hustle, demonstrating an ability to execute plans effectively and achieve goals with agility and determination. • Design multi-faceted marketing campaigns around new products and services in emerging technology areas including artificial intelligence and automation. • ⁠Analyze market trends and performance data to inform marketing strategies and adjust tactics as necessary to achieve objectives. • ⁠Ensure that Netsurit's brand and marketing messages are consistent across all channels and resonate with our target industries and clients. Qualifications: • ⁠Proven experience (5+ years) as a senior marketing executive within the managed services industry – experience marketing to SMB companies in the U.S. market is an absolute requirement. • ⁠Demonstrable expertise in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies for the healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing sectors. • ⁠Deep understanding of the Microsoft technology stack (Office 365, Power Platform, SharePoint) and experience partnering with Microsoft. • ⁠Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and inspiring high-performing marketing teams. • ⁠Entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to think strategically and execute tactically. • ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for storytelling and building relationships. • Extensive SEO / SEM experience, preferably in the SMB space. • ⁠Understanding of innovation principles and experience in creating blue ocean strategies for market differentiation. • Experience with HubSpot and Pipedrive a big plus.  • ⁠Ability to hit the ground running and deliver quick results. • ⁠Marketing degree or relevant field; MBA preferred.
