Are you looking to join a high-performance sales organization? Our sales team in São Paulo is primarily focused on organizing a strategic approach to understand the true value we bring to our customers, expanding and strengthening the breadth and depth of our relationships, ultimately retaining existing revenue and generating new business through upsell and sell of additional products and services in the commodities markets.
About the Role
As an Account Manager Latin America, your purpose is to oversee and manage a portfolio of high-value clients. You will build deep relationships, understand their business needs, and provide strategic solutions to meet their goals. With your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, you will ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Cultivating customer connections by building compelling, lasting relationships by engaging with key decision-makers, fostering trust, and ensuring loyalty
- Understanding customer needs proactively learning and leading with insight to grasp customer workflows, delivering exceptional value
- Enhancing engagement via diverse channels such as phone, email, social media, video, regular onsite visits and monthly travel to specific clients.
Requirement
- Demonstrate success in managing, retaining, and growing revenue, with a sense of accountability for achieving sales results.
- Be inquisitive and unafraid to question the status quo, dedicated to improving customer outcomes.
- Build world-class customer experiences, coupled with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Be flexible and adaptable to the dynamic market, customer needs, and business landscape. Working effectively under pressure, being available for international travel, and being fluent in English and advanced in Spanish. Having experience in working with CRM systems, Salesforce.com
