The Brazil Sales Leader is responsible for driving all revenue for the Brazil organization. In this role, the Brazil Sales Leader is accountable for the integration and alignment between sales and account management. The position will execute the Access GTM sales strategy and lead sales and revenue growth strategies and initiatives to achieve the company’s short- and long-term goals. This role will be both strategic and hands-on, leading the Sales and Account Management teams to ensure revenue and account growth. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious-minded individual who embraces quickly changing work atmosphere of a growth-oriented organization. Ultimate success will be measured by delivering on commitments, exceeding goals, and doing both with integrity and respect for peers and reports. Primary Functions: · Develop and implement strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote significant sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. · Create, define and evangelize sales processes and identify improvements through both personal example and team coaching that drive awareness and greater market penetration, leading to exceptional results. · Create a team of A players that contribute to a high-performing environment for the sales organization. · Own sales pipeline from conception to execution; responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue objectives for assigned area through the acquisition of new accounts and growing existing accounts. · Partner closely with sales enablement and marketing to align with sales efforts. · Manage your teams to create processes that scale and are repeatable. · Direct the research, review, and assimilation for industry and competitive data to maintain an effective revenue-generating strategy in the marketplace. · Be a leader, catalyst, and champion, coaching team members on deals, and sales strategies. · Partner with Sales Enablement to define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets. · Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting. · Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic customer opportunities. · Partner with Sales Enablement and HR to define and coordinate sales training programs that enables the sales team to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives. Experience and Education: · Minimum 10 Years of sales experience with 5 of years in a senior Sales Leadership position. · Proven experience in selling solutions and services that generates recurrent revenue for the organization. · 5 or more years of Solution Selling Experience. · Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing or related field required: MBA preferred. · Fluent English is highly desirable. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities · Proven ability to execute against a business strategy while ensuring customer success and high levels of sales team member engagement. · A strategic thinker with a keen ability to make recommendations to move the business forward. · Data driven leader with a healthy respect for the use of both financial and CRM metrics to identify areas of improvement with in assigned area. · A hands-on leader who sets actionable priorities and unites both the team and the broader organization. · A winner who knows when personally to engage in the sales process as a supporting resource to help win business. · Both a leader and a manager with outstanding communication skills, presence and energy. Aggressive, driven, focused and 100% personally accountable. · Someone who understands healthy conflict and can deliver tough messages to members of your team and colleagues on a real-time basis. · A cultural evangelist who nurtures high standards of effort and performance, integrity, and drives accountability for sustained and predictable results. · Highest-level team building and mentoring skills with proven track record in hiring A Players. · Passion for technology, futurist view and intellectually curious. · Experience in working in a matrix reporting organization.
