WHAT YOU'LL DO
This role plays a pivotal role in driving BCG U's success in Client Programs in Singapore. It will operate across the various workstreams to ensure we are able to help our clients build strong capabilities in the areas of engagement. You will be supported by and directly manage a Client Program team together with the Client Program Senior Manager and together you will be a strategic and operational partner for our clients ensuring successful program management and long-term relationship building.
You will oversee and contribute yourself to the end-to-end program training delivery by the Client Program management team. This work encompasses alignment with the client on the program schedule, the onboarding of learners, the coordination of trainers, periodic sharing of dashboards & analytics report, collecting feedback on the program, driving completions and program success in collaboration with the client.
As Client Program Manager you will implement guidelines, processes, and tools to help the team manage Client Programs, address all learners' queries, and provide them timely and appropriate support. You will keep a close watch on each program to proactively identify and mitigate any operational issues and initiate course corrections as needed in collaboration with the team. You will continuously evolve the way we manage our programs, develop proposals for increasing efficiency, and ensure scalability across regions.
You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating data speaking to the success of our programs (individually and collectively) and to develop suggestions for program management innovations for the leadership team with the goal of continuously improvising our programs and making them more robust.
You and the team will work closely with multiple teams in and outside BCG U in delivering successful programs, e.g., the content team, facilitators, the platform team etc..
The Client Program Manager will build a strong rapport with the stakeholders such as clients, learners and business partners. Internally, this will have to be complemented with effective leadership and communication of/to the Client Program management team, the BCG U Leadership Team, Consultants, and BCG functional teams to drive overall program success and meet desired outcomes.

- Managing large-scale programs for clients
- Ensuring the program delivery meets a high level of quality in accordance with the program plan and program governance arrangements
- Understanding end-to-end processes to bring various teams together and provide guidance in critical problem solving
- Managing multiple senior stakeholders (Internal and external)
- Working in a client focused service business with a strong consulting mindset
- Driving forward a pre-designed agenda to meet the desired outcomes within the agreed timeframe
- Collaborative and creative problem solving that results in buy-in to win-win solutions
- Rigorous, accurate data analysis from which comes insight and practical courses of action to drive desired outcomes
- Verbal and written communication including with senior audiences and leadership teams

- Providing problem-solution such as trainer absences, tech outages, curriculum updates, scheduling, learners’ feedback etc
- Understanding the business and identification of opportunities and risks
- Building teams from scratch & experience in mentorship, and nurturing professional development.
- Adapting flexibly to changing requirements in a fast growing business environment
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Minimum 7-9 years’ experience in relevant business
Experience/exposure to digital learning, Edtech preferred
Consulting or commercial experience is a plus
Able to fit in fast-pace environment and manage multiple deadlines
Familiarity with operations and regulations in the local Adult Education sector
Demonstrated Project Management Expertise. Strong ability to successfully plan, execute, and oversee complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget, while effectively managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Exceptional organization and problem-solving abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytic mindset and ability to translate insights from data to actionable recommendations.
Advanced skills in PowerPoint, MS Excel, Word, Zoom
Bachelor’s degree in education or business, preferred
