Monitors company contracts to determine Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action requirements and to facilitate compliance with government agencies Recognizes and points out potential areas that require change/modification due to equal employment risk/regulations Leads the initiative on compiling and coordinating the Affirmative Action Plans and all related analysis by Location and/or Line of Business Maintains a working knowledge of current statutory requirements which may affect reporting processes/procedures and partners with internal business partners to ensure requirements are met Provide information and analysis for government audits Prepare and maintain annual government-mandated reports (AAP, EEO-1, VETS 4212, and state/city required EEO reporting) pulling data from multiple systems Work with outside counsel to develop and deliver applicable Affirmative Action training programs to address current issues Partner with Recruitment team on applicant and employment data as it relates to the AAP and OFCCP; as well as employment testing practices, including content validation, benchmarking, and good faith efforts Job Specifications Typically has the following skills or abilities: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent analytical experience Two plus years of experience in HR Compliance, reporting and analytics Knowledge of policies, procedures, and federal guidelines to ensure legal and company compliance (i.e., Affirmative Action Program, EE0-1, and Veterans Reporting) Experience analyzing raw data, compiling the results, and ensuring data integrity Demonstrated project and time management skills Excellent planning and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks and projects Must be able to handle confidential company and employee information with complete discretion Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment Ability to present information/programs to all levels of the organization Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet applications Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills #LI-REMOTE #LI-VISIONCARE Compensation range for the role is listed below.
