Vice President, Global Technology Alliances Summary
As the Vice President of Global Technology Alliances , you will play a key role on the Delinea Global Channels & Alliances team . Th is role is designed to d evelop and nurture a strategic/mutually beneficial relationship with the strategic partner s to drive revenue with joint sales efforts. Coordinates all company activities with the partner, including education, marketing, executive briefings, business planning and client engagements.
What You'll Do:
As the Vice President of Global Technology Alliances, you will lead the company's overall Alliances strategy, team, relationships, and will work daily with the Delinea cross-functional teams . You will:
Develop and evolve the A l lia nce partner strategy
Provide an overall assessment of our business structure, talent and program capabilities for today and tomorrow, including an alignment to the future strategy.
Establish short term, medium and long-term business objectives , including investment plans and company-level strategy shifts required to significantly growth the
Develop a coverage model and hiring planned aligned to the investment plan
Lead , develop and expand the existing relationships
Own and/or manage partner executive relationships as part of the broader strategic direction.
Contrib ute and participate in shaping the overall Global Channel and Alliance strategy as a key member of the leadership team
What You'll Bring:
10+ years of work experience selling solutions, programs or services in the technology industry; preferably working for or selling to Stategic Alliances .
Proven track record of success in delivering profitable, growing revenue streams.
Demonstrated track record of significant accomplishment in a leadership role, including successful development of strategy and execution plans.
Executive presence at all levels within partners, customers and our internal organization.
Global Team management experience; proven track record to lead through influence. Inspirational leadership skills, internal as well as external.
Proven experience working with managing partners and establishing new relationships which will create new business opportunities.
Relationship Management – ability to build consensus and to work with different cultural interests and sensitivities in the global ecosystem. Demonstrated ability to lead in a highly complex , matrix work environment with multiple stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and capable of developing and managing strategic partners with partners and sales teams.
Ability to present results and strategy to team, while considering variety of knowledge levels within audience.
Master's in business administration , Computer Science, Information Systems Technology or Commensurate degree or equivalent experience
Flexibility to travel globally 50-70% of the time
